Punch List Manager is a great enhancement we have added with in our company. It gives us access to submit, update and view our current warranty/work order information. Which in return allows us to be more accurate at completing requests and finishing our warranty work in a more timely fashion.

At Van Gogh we recommend that once your home is complete it should go through the heating and cooling seasons so the house has a chance to feel the affects of our hot summers and cold winters. This also is the time frame when the house settles and with this process cracks and other minor problems may occur naturally, so with this in mind we provide a 'One Year Walk Through'. This 'One Year Walk Through' is performed by our skilled craftsman who will make any necessary repairs that have occurred to the temperate changes of our area.
